We respect the rights of content owners and respond to valid copyright notices.
Sending a notice
If you believe content available through iptvextreme.us.com or our service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to support@iptvextreme.us.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Please include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- A description of where the material appears, with enough detail for us to find it (channel name, title, URL).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly, usually within 3 business days. We may contact you if we need more information.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, a description of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Accounts used repeatedly to infringe copyright will be terminated.
