Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy or use an IPTV Extreme subscription through iptvextreme.us.com. By ordering, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and readable.
The service
IPTV Extreme provides a subscription that lets you stream live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet using a compatible third-party player app. We do not make or sell those player apps. Channel lineups change over time as sources are added or removed, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the whole subscription.
Your account
- Each subscription includes a set number of screens that can stream at the same time (1 to 5, chosen at checkout).
- You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Do not share them publicly.
- Accounts may not be resold or redistributed unless you are part of our reseller program.
- If we detect more simultaneous streams than your plan allows, we may temporarily suspend the account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Public showing in bars, restaurants or other businesses is not permitted on a standard plan. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live.
Payment and renewal
Plans are paid up front for the full term (3, 6 or 12 months). Plans do not renew automatically. We send a reminder before your plan ends, and you choose whether to renew.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available around the clock, but streaming depends on many things outside our control, including your internet provider, your device and third-party sources. Short interruptions and scheduled maintenance can happen. Extended outages caused on our side are compensated with extra days on your account.

Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will tell active subscribers on WhatsApp or by email before it takes effect.
