The codes for Firestick and Android TV
Open the Downloader app, type the code into the URL box and press Go. It downloads the current version of the player straight from the publisher.

Codes can change when a publisher moves their download page. If one stops working, message us and we will send the current one.
Three steps, whatever you watch on
Install a player app
From your device app store, or with the Downloader code on Fire TV and Android TV.
Sign in with your login
Use the Xtream Codes username, password and server URL we send you on WhatsApp.
Let it load, then watch
Give the first load a couple of minutes, star your favorite channels, and you are set.
Something not right? Start here
Wrong username or password
Retype it with no spaces at the end. Capital letters matter. Autocorrect on phones is the usual culprit.
Channels load, nothing plays
Switch the video player in the app settings (Native vs VLC/Software). Then restart the device.
Buffering
Restart the router and device, try the 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and try the HD version of the channel. Full checklist in our buffering guide.
Guide (EPG) is empty
Find "Update EPG" or "Reload" in the player settings and give it two minutes. Check your device time zone too.
