IPTV Extreme FAQ

Straight answers to what people ask us most. For device-specific help, see the setup guides.

What is IPTV Extreme?

IPTV Extreme is a live TV subscription delivered over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line. You get 20,000+ live channels, including US locals, sports and news, plus 98,000+ movies and 24,000+ series on demand. You watch it in a player app on the devices you already own.

Is this the same as the IPTV Extreme app on Google Play?

No. The IPTV Extreme app (and IPTV Extreme Pro) is a player made by an independent developer. It has no channels of its own. We are a channel subscription, and you can load it into that app or into any other player you like. We have a separate guide for setting up the IPTV Extreme Pro app.

Can I watch IPTV Extreme on my PC?

Yes. Your subscription works on Windows and Mac in players like IPTV Smarters or VLC. The IPTV Extreme app itself is Android-only, so on a PC you would run it inside an emulator. Our IPTV Extreme for PC guide covers all three options.

How fast will my account be ready?

Most orders are live within 15 to 30 minutes. As soon as payment clears, we send your login on WhatsApp along with the setup guide for your device. Late-night orders can take a little longer, but rarely more than a couple of hours.

Can I try it before paying for a full year?

Yes, that is exactly what the 3-month plan is for. Every plan also comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it does not work properly on your setup and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.

Do you have my local ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX stations?

We carry local affiliates for most major US markets, from New York and Chicago down to smaller cities. You can search for your city on the channel list page. If you do not see your market, message us before ordering and we will check.

What about sports?

Sports is the main reason most people join. The list has dedicated sections for NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, NCAA, ESPN, ESPN+, NBC Sports, FOX Sports and pay-per-view events. Search "USA SPORTS" or a league name on the channel list to see them all.

Which devices can I use?

Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG boxes. Roku is limited, see our Roku guide for the honest version.

How many TVs can I watch on at the same time?

One plan covers between 1 and 5 devices streaming at the same time. You choose the number when you order. You can install the app on as many devices as you like, the limit only applies to how many are playing at once.

What internet speed do I need?

About 15 Mbps per screen for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Most US home internet plans handle two or three screens without trouble. The requirements page has a full breakdown.

Do I need a VPN?

No, the service works without one. Some customers like to use a VPN for privacy or because their internet provider slows down video at peak hours. If you use one, pick a server close to you for the best speed.

Is there a contract or automatic renewal?

No contract, and nothing renews by itself. When your plan is about to end we send you a reminder, and you decide whether to renew. No surprise charges.

How do I pay?

Tap Buy on the plan you want. It opens WhatsApp with your order already typed out. We confirm the details and send you the payment options right there in the chat.

Can I use it while traveling?

Yes. Your login works anywhere with a decent internet connection, whether that is a hotel in Florida or an Airbnb in Mexico. Just keep to the number of screens on your plan.

What should I do if a channel freezes?

Try the HD or SD version of the same channel first, most have backups. Then restart the app. If one channel keeps acting up, send us its name on WhatsApp. We fix most reports the same day.
