Before you start
- Your MAG box connected to the TV and internet
- The MAC address from the sticker under the box (it starts with 00:1A:79)
Step by step
Send us your MAC address
When you order, tell us you are on MAG and send the MAC address. Your subscription gets locked to that box.
Open the portal settings
On the box, go to Settings > System settings > Servers > Portals.
Enter the portal URL
Set Portal 1 name to "IPTV Extreme" and paste the portal URL we sent you into Portal 1 URL. Press OK to save.
Restart the box
Go back to the main settings page and choose Restart portal. The box loads straight into your channel list.
A MAG subscription is tied to one MAC address. If you replace the box, message us and we move it to the new one.
If something goes wrong
"STB is blocked" on screen
The MAC on file does not match your box. Check the sticker again (0 and O look alike) and send us a photo of it.
